    • Along the Nive River, La Table / Sébastien Gravé, a light-filled restaurant, embraces simplicity. Here, you can savor quality products selected with passion and prepared with love.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner (from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm).

The chef offers set menus at €27 and €32 at lunchtime, a menu with choices at €48 and a tasting menu at €75.

Sébastien Gravé, a native of Labastide Clairence and having worked in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, continues the adventure that began at the Parisian restaurant Pottoka.

Here, the match is played at the table as a couple, at a large table or at the bar.

A small new feature: the opening of Séquence(s) at 17 Quai, a room that can be privatized for your family meals, birthdays, weddings, work meetings or just for the pleasure of being together!

The food was excellent, but the service was terrible (9:15 pm service on Friday, April 17th for €193). We had barely sat down when we were pressured to order our aperitifs (the waiter was pushy and almost uncomfortable). We were asked about allergies… conveniently, we had one (cheese). We were served amuse-bouches, and unfortunately, they contained parmesan… After taking one bite, the waiter made a questionable joke, taking it all too lightly. Then came the starter and the foie gras, along with a lovely salad piled high with parmesan… he came back to ask if everything was alright and made a very well-chosen joke… “Careful, there’s cheese in the foie gras.” I wanted to keep quiet about the salad, but he pointed out that the foie gras was fine, but that he could have his salad back… Allergies are an important issue in restaurants, and I wish this had been the case at Sébastien Gravé’s restaurant.

Incredible place, it was excellent!! Both simple and refined, from the ambiance to the service and the food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time! We'll definitely be back.

Delighted. It was so good. Beautiful, surprising, local, and delicious. And quite generous portions for a fine dining establishment. Superb welcome and very professional service. See you very soon!

Perhaps the best meal of our trip, consistently excellent. The chef does like adding sorbets. This worked a treat for the burrata entree, the tomato sorbet was a delicious part of that. The fig...
