    • Along the Nive , La Table / Sébastien Gravé, a restaurant bathed in light, plays the card of simplicity. Here, we enjoy quality products selected with passion and enhanced with love.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner (from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.).

The chef offers set menus at €27 and €32 at lunchtime, a choice menu at €45 and a tasting menu at €70.

Sébastien Gravé, born in Labastide Clairence and having worked for some of the biggest starred establishments, continues the adventure that began at the Parisian restaurant Pottoka.

Here, the game is played at a romantic table, at a large table or at the counter.

A little something new: the opening of Séquence(s) at 17 du quai, a room that can be privatized for your family meals, birthdays, weddings, work meetings or just for the pleasure of being together!

This review is the result of several visits over the past year. Each time I've eaten there, I've been pleasantly surprised, and some of the dishes were simply spectacular. The quality-price ratio, food, service, and atmosphere are all perfect. They offer fast-paced service, with very friendly and professional waiters, all in a comfortable and relaxed setting. The menu is short, varied, and seasonal, with weekly specials. The dishes are meticulously prepared, using excellent ingredients and technique. It's worth highlighting the consistency of the professional team, who, through their hard work, always offer customers the same excellent and innovative experience at a very reasonable price—something not so common in today's restaurant industry.

A slight disappointment, perhaps because expectations were high. It could also be because we were seated in an adjacent room, a former café, under a bar counter where dishes were brought in from the main restaurant. The dishes were well-presented, but reheated… and cold. The fact that half a pitcher of wine was refilled in front of us from nearly empty bottles for €31 didn't seem reasonable to me. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Perhaps the best meal of our trip, consistently excellent. The chef does like adding sorbets. This worked a treat for the burrata entree, the tomato sorbet was a delicious part of that. The fig...

The most beautiful food I have ever tasted. My tartare de veau, chicken and chocolate mousse was sublime. Each course was perfectly judged . For a restaurant of this calibre, 45€ for 3 courses for...

A gastronomic highlight of our trip to Bayonne. The food was on point, I had the salmon Gravalax and Hake which were both delicious but the star of the show was the chocolate mousse. My husband had...
