  What a shame. We arrived at 12:35 PM. The waitress dangled the prospect of Black Angus tataki in front of us; my mouth was watering. Twenty minutes later, she came to take our order, and it was sold out. There were only two dishes left to choose from: the vegetarian option or the monkfish, which was rather bland. And the wait, oh my god, almost an hour between the appetizer and the main course. Luckily, the appetizer was good. We arrived at 2:30 PM and left without ordering dessert, afraid of waiting another hour. In the end, the chef creates very elaborate dishes, but he's working alone and is ultimately too slow. Too much talking and communication needs improvement. Really disappointed.

  You can go there without hesitation. It's fresh, it's delicious, and the menu changes regularly depending on what's in season... enjoy your meal!

  An incredible experience in Bayonne! A real gem! Local dishes of exceptional quality, prepared with finesse and authenticity. The waitress is simply remarkable! Attentive, smiling, and passionate ✨ The chef is very present in the dining room, taking the time to chat with customers and readily sharing his passion for local produce 🤩 Honestly, it's amazing to find a restaurant of this caliber in Bayonne! A true treasure not to be missed 😋
