    • Nestled in the heart of little Bayonne, the Pottolo is an authentic and friendly restaurant. Chef Guillaume offers artisanal and gourmet cuisine, prepared with love and passion. A short menu, which changes every month, to offer fresh, local and seasonal products. Three starters, three main courses and three desserts, with always a meat, a fish and a vegetarian option. For dessert, always a dessert based on seasonal fruits, a chocolate dessert (Bayonne being the capital of chocolate) and a cheese: all gourmets will find something for them!

      The restaurant is dog-friendly and half-portions are available for children. A daily menu - which changes weekly - is available for lunch on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

    I took my mother there for Mother's Day and we had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course, and even the dessert, which is unusual for me as I don't have much of a sweet tooth! The chef and his server took the time to explain each dish with passion, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for your warm welcome and this superb experience; it's rare to find so much passion these days.

    Absolutely fabulous! The chef is talented and very charming, like the other server. Great Basque wine. Unique menu. Local produce. Loved our meal there and were sorry we had to leave the next day!
