  A very good restaurant with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Local products are showcased, which is truly appreciated. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent, with real thought put into the dishes and well-crafted flavors. The portions are generous and very satisfying—I even had trouble finishing my plate! This is exactly what you're looking for when you come to the Basque Country. A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend this place.

  The food is good, but it doesn't live up to expectations, the price, or the helpful service. It's nice to describe the dishes in full to the customer, but the food was lukewarm (starter and main course). The soft-boiled egg was undercooked, the dishes were lukewarm, and it took over an hour and a half for a starter and main course. In short, we didn't continue, as the bill was already quite high for such a meager experience. All of this is very unbalanced and frankly disappointing. The restaurant clearly has ambitions, but they don't live up to them on the plate. A lot of fuss for very little in the end. There are much better options in Bayonne, even in this price range.

  A wonderful discovery. The menu is very well-executed, the products are fresh and delicious, the service is efficient and friendly, and the value for money is excellent. We will definitely be back.
