- Nestled in the heart of little Bayonne, the Pottolo is an authentic and friendly restaurant. Chef Guillaume offers artisanal and gourmet cuisine, prepared with love and passion. A short menu, which changes every month, to offer fresh, local and seasonal products. Three starters, three main courses and three desserts, with always a meat, a fish and a vegetarian option. For dessert, always a dessert based on seasonal fruits, a chocolate dessert (Bayonne being the capital of chocolate) and a cheese: all gourmets will find something for them!
  The restaurant is dog-friendly and half-portions are available for children. A daily menu - which changes weekly - is available for lunch on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Une adresse intimiste comme on les aime! Petite salle, un chef un serveuse, une cuisine avec des produits de saison où il y a du goût, à un prix attractif bref tout les ingrédients sont réunis pour passez une belle soirée ! Je vous recommande les yeux fermés si vous êtes en quête de goût nouveau et de découverte. Ps: On a eu de la chance, on a pu y diner sans réservation ! Je vous conseille vivement de réserver sinon au risque de ne pouvoir y diner !

After this meal we wish we live in Bayonne! But we don’t. Still we felt very grateful for having had the opportunity to enjoy food created with so much skill and enthusiasm 🧡 Definitely recommended.
