  They welcomed us when there were 9 of us and at the end of service on a Sunday. It was delicious and plentiful, the service was attentive and we felt right at home.

  There can be a wait, but the waitresses do their best, and thank you. We were seated quite quickly, and during our meal, other customers never waited more than 20 minutes. (We came on a Sunday during the off-season). The menu is excellent and filling. The dishes are beautiful and delicious. And the selection of vegetarian options is very welcome. I had a wonderful brunch.

  Did you know that brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch? Fun fact! Nomad is the best place in Bayonne to (re)discover what a real brunch is all about! The welcome is warm, and choosing is difficult because everything looks so tempting! Plus, there are options for vegetarians. (Hooray for halumi!) We opted for the Nomad set menu at €29, which includes a savory dish, a sweet dish, a cold drink, and a hot drink. A real treat that's well worth the price considering the quality and generous portions! One small suggestion I would make is not to have all the dishes served at the same time. Thanks, Nomad, I'll be back soon!
