Every first Sunday of the month, Le Byron offers a delicious and gourmet brunch. In an intimate setting in Anglet with warm decor. The plus: the shaded terrace. This neighborhood restaurant showcases fresh, local produce to offer you a responsible culinary experience.

À la carte or set menu (three options: €23-€27-€29), including a hot and cold drink. Sweet and savory pancakes, eggs Benedict on country bread toast, you'll find all the classics of a good brunch. Vegetarians will also find something to suit them!

House-made drinks like detox juice, chai latte, 64% hot chocolate, and pumpkin latte. Also included are the must-haves : latte, cappuccino, matcha, and tea with a plant-based milk option.

When it comes to homemade pastries, we'll have a hard time choosing! Toasted banana bread, carrot cake with tonka bean cream, vegan chocolate/coconut brownie, cookie, peanut coffee brownie, salted butter caramel cheesecake.
