  We were fortunate to hire Pensée Gourmande for our wedding, and we would like to warmly thank Lucie for her exemplary service. The reception, the plancha, the buffet dinner, the desserts... everything was perfectly orchestrated. The quality of the products, all local and fresh, was unanimously appreciated by our guests. Each bite was delicious, well-presented, and the portions were ample. Beyond the cuisine, it was Lucie's kindness, availability, and professionalism that particularly touched us. Everything was done with a smile and true attention to detail. All for a very reasonable price considering the quality of the service.
