Hear the rallying cry "tchotch!”, you are at the heart of a typical Basque cider house. Large wooden table, surrounded by barrels, a glass in your hand and a rib steak, chips and salad in your plate. “Txotx” is a little piece of wood which blocks the little tap from which flows Sagarno, the traditional Basque cider.
