- In a magnificent building made entirely of wood and stone that has retained all its authenticity, TTiPiA is a place we love where tradition and originality come together and where Basque cider flows directly from the barrel.
  
  Cider house menu: €41
  
  Cod omelet, Hake Spanish style, Chuleta (rib of beef), Sheep's cheese with walnuts, quince paste and Sagarno (Basque cider from the barrel) as much as you like.
  
  The chef uses only fresh produce in his cooking.
  Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €16 including starter, main course, 1 glass of cider.
  Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday lunchtime) at €20 including starter, main course, dessert, 1 glass of cider.
  Small cider house menu at €37: choice of hake or txuleta
  
  Express menu only at lunchtime: 28 euros (starter of the day + txuleta with fries and salad + 1 glass of cider)
  
  Schedules :
  Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive
  Sunday 12pm - 2pm
  Monday: Closed
  
  Annual leave: the first two weeks of January and one week at the beginning of July
  Group size: maximum 200 people

A perfect cider house for enjoying a traditional set menu, accompanied by cider barrels for drinking. We found the quality/price ratio to be excellent, and the €35 set menu is highly recommended. The restaurant is quite large, with three floors.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The only slight drawback is the price; it's a bit expensive. Especially since they serve you a fish or rib-eye steak dish without any vegetables…

Really lovely staff. I enjoyed the cider. It is a novel experience catching your cider from a barrel in wall. It was good fun. The food was good. The atmosphere is great.
