On the menu fresh fish every day (Spanish hake, fresh cod pavé, garlic shrimps...) prepared on the other side of the Pyrenees, grilled salt meat à la plancha (rib of beef, veal side with cider, duck breast with black cherry...), basco-spanish desserts... what you feast on the belly, all washed down with a good wine of the Rioja. The map varies according to the market and the seasons.
