On the menu: fresh fish every day (Spanish hake, fresh cod fillet, garlic shrimp, etc.) prepared as on the other side of the Pyrenees, meat grilled on the plancha with coarse salt (rib of beef, spiced pork chop, duck breast with black cherry, etc.), Basque-Spanish desserts, etc. Enough to delight your stomach, all washed down with a good Rioja wine.
