Every weekend, the unique sagardotegi menu is offered to you, authentic and generous cuisine made to come and taste different sagardos, while respecting traditions.

From Monday to Friday, the daily menu highlights local dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The Kupela Sagardotegia cider house, which we want to be unique in the Northern Basque Country, wishes to bring to life the values of sharing and conviviality, immersed in the unique atmosphere of our land.
