    If you can, choose an early time. The atmosphere is quieter and you can better enjoy Kharen's recommendations and the special dishes that Carlos prepares.

    Take Kharen's advice; he always suggests the best things on the menu. And if you like meat, order the medium-rare entrecote: Carlos makes it perfectly.

    If you're going in a group, it's best to order several dishes to share: entrecote, ceviche, and chaufa rice. That way everyone can try a little of everything. Diego will help you set the table, no problem.
