    I called to make a reservation, and instead of taking the call, the waitress started tending the bar. What kind of terrible service is that? I could hear everything because she'd left her phone on and was busy taking someone's payment, grinding coffee and making a coffee for another customer, and talking to yet another customer… A complete disappointment. You should answer the phone first, which takes about 30 seconds, and then go back to the bar.
