    • In Basque pelota, the Chistera is a curved wicker glove. In Saint-Jean-de-Luz, there are two restaurants on the corner of Boulevard Victor-Hugo, next to Les Halles. Two high places of conviviality which, even if they face each other (at numbers 17 and 23), belong to the same house. The Chistera offers a bistronomic approach for tasty meals while the Xistera focuses more on an authentic atmosphere of a pintxos bar, with a shellfish corner. What brings them together ? The sharing of refined cuisine and the Luzian soul carried by a dynamic team, Pretty decor and vast terraces complete the happiness.

    The food was good, but you really need to be patient. The wait to order and even to pay was very long. The servers were friendly and apologized several times for the wait. It's a shame they don't have enough staff.
