    • Located in Anglet, L'Escale Electrofit is a unique studio dedicated to well-being and fitness . Roxanne offers two innovative and complementary methods: electrostimulation and infrared cycling.

      With electrostimulation, clients can tone their bodies, reduce back pain and strengthen their muscles in just 20 minutes per session. Meanwhile, infrared cycling can accelerate weight loss, reduce cellulite and improve blood circulation, while burning maximum calories in just 30 minutes per session.


      L'Escale Electrofit is for everyone: beginners, athletes, or people simply wanting to take care of themselves. In a warm and caring atmosphere, Roxanne supports each person in a personalized way to help them achieve their goals, at their own pace.

    After a complimentary session, I highly recommend it. The staff is pleasant and it feels wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't come back often because I don't live nearby. I highly recommend it.
