Maison Accoceberry began in 1959 with a butcher's shop in the heart of the village of Espelette in the Basque Country.
Little by little, it diversified by selling cooked meals based on traditional Basque recipes and then by marketing its canned dishes. It is therefore quite natural that the cannery came to strengthen the store and expand its range of products with cold meats and cured meats.
Today, Basque preserves from Accoceberry are a way to find a little traditional Basque on your plate at any time. You will have the choice between pork or duck confit, Basque cooked dishes like the famous Basque-style piperade or seafood products like Basque-style squid.
It is obviously thanks to veal axoa, THE specialty of the village of Espelette, that Accoceberry has made its reputation. It is logical that Accoceberry introduces you to a whole range of axoa.
