Maison Accoceberry began in 1959 with a butcher's shop in the heart of the village of Espelette in the Basque Country.
Gradually it diversified by selling ready-cooked meals using traditional Basque recipes and then by marketing its canned dishes. It is therefore quite natural that the cannery came to strengthen the shop and expand its range of products with charcuterie and cured meats.
Today, Basque preserves from Accoceberry are a way to find a bit of traditional Basque on your plate at any time. You will have the choice between pork or duck confit, Basque cooked dishes such as the famous piperade à la basquaise or seafood such as squid à la basquaise.
