Accoceberry Authentic flavors of the Basque Country

Maison Accoceberry began in 1959 with a butcher shop in the heart of the village of Espelette in the Basque Country.

Gradually, the business diversified, first by selling prepared dishes based on traditional Basque recipes, then by marketing its dishes in cans. It was therefore quite natural that the cannery would come to complement the shop and expand its product range with cured meats and sausages.

Today, Accoceberry's Basque preserves offer a way to enjoy a taste of Basque tradition on your plate anytime. You can choose from pork or duck confit , Basque dishes like the famous piperade à la basquaise, or seafood such as chipirons à la basquaise.

It is, of course, thanks to veal axoa, THE specialty of the village of Espelette, that Accoceberry has made its name. It is therefore only natural that Accoceberry offers you a whole range of axoa dishes.
