    • Our Espelette pepper is deeply rooted in our DNA, for more than five generations this spice has been present in our family. There is no longer any secret between Espelette pepper and us.

      Our production plots on the lands of Aguerria, the promontory of Espelette, are meticulously prepared every year to germinate our peppers !

      From the selection of the seed to the powdering, we manage the entire production !

      Chili is a source of pride, our pride.
