About

  • English
    • Manufacturer of "specialty macarons" for your enjoyment…

It is in homage, particularly to my grandmother, my mother, and also to all the parents and grandparents around the world who lovingly pass on the secrets of good cooking and baking to their children and grandchildren, that we are committed to preserving their traditions and expertise. Thus, and thanks to them, we are proud to create our macarons every day, to the delight of gourmets and lovers of authentic, simple, and natural flavors…

We still work in a traditional way; in fact, each macaron is piped by hand, using a piping bag, just like in the old days.

Our macarons are made exclusively with selected dried fruits, crushed, ground, or grated, such as almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, lemon, and turmeric, which we macaronage with a little sugar and egg white. We add no fat, coloring, or preservatives, and of course, our macarons are flourless. You'll enjoy bites of happiness made with natural ingredients and an age-old technique— it's simply about respecting tradition.

We make both sweet and savory canelés , perfect for appetizers. This is what truly sets us apart in the world of canelés!

We currently offer several different varieties such as:

      • Almond Tradition
      • Almond, Chocolate, Espelette Pepper
      • Hazelnut
      • Coconut
      • Coconut, Chocolate
      • Coconut, Lemon, Turmeric
      • Coconut, Rum and Raisins

      New features :

      • The Mac'Cannelé: it's a coconut macaron shaped like a large canelé, with a mini canelé, like a rum baba, inside.
      • Mini cannelé verrines, rum baba style

Our macarons are fresh and can be frozen perfectly. You can defrost them at room temperature or warm them briefly in the oven; that way, you'll feel like your grandmother just made them for you…

For optimal preservation, please keep them in their sealed bag, in a dry place and away from light. They will keep for several weeks.

But as my grandmother always says: "Enjoy them... before someone else enjoys them in your place!!!"

Homemade cereal bar, specially made for pilgrims (100% dried fruit and honey). And coconut macaron with chocolate chips.
