A completely deserted day in Espelette where ONLY this chocolate shop and a souvenir store were open. Unfortunately, we were given bad advice when we asked for chocolates for the children because what we bought were EXTREMELY spicy, practically inedible even for us! A real shame for this sleepy town where even the chili pepper museum 🌶️, which was advertised as open online, wasn't actually open!!!!

My favorite chocolates, I love the Espelette pepper ganache and the cherry one.
