The entire team at Confit d'Ascain, a restaurant founded in 1986, invites you to discover and taste its local products.
In this artisanal cannery, you will be offered all the regional culinary specialties, whether in our store in Ascain or online, on our website.
Our products are prepared in an artisanal way, from locally sourced meats, without preservatives or colorings, so that you can rediscover all the flavors of yesteryear of "homemade" !
Our foie gras won medals at the Concours Général Agricole, silver medals in 2022 for the long-life whole duck foie gras with Espelette pepper; bronze medals in 2023 and 2024 for the whole duck foie gras seasoned with salt and pepper only and gold medals for the half-cooked whole duck foie gras with Espelette pepper.
