...is a small family cannery created by Anne & Philippe Rozès in 1970.

Here, we have a culture of good, local, and gourmet products.
And what better way to enjoy them for as long as possible than to cook them in cans!

This is the challenge that our team of 13 people takes on every day: we produce gourmet, tasty and generous products, all without artificial colorings, flavors or preservatives.
Our jams are made from simple and tasty recipes: controlled cooking, lots of fruit and cane sugar.

The secret of our black cherry jam: whole fruits!

Traditionally, it is served here with sheep's cheese or used in the making of our famous Basque cake.
But our peach, apricot, strawberry, orange, plum and even fig jams will delight you just as much!

It's up to you to decide: breakfast, snack, with a spoon, you're going to enjoy it!
