  The black pudding is excellent, a real treat. This contrasts sharply with the consideration Anne Rozès shows its customers by rejecting them via AI (I hope it's AI, otherwise it would be more serious). Let me explain: in my order, a box of duck ravioli was open, leaking sauce; this despite careful packaging, which arrived intact. Unfortunately, I didn't unpack the parcel and inspect each item. After reporting the issue to the company and sending a photo showing a dent on the lid, I suggested that the problem most likely occurred during preparation (given the impeccable quality of the packaging). Which, in itself, isn't a big deal: unidentified incidents can happen, it happens everywhere, even with exemplary processes. Well, no: the software's response ruled out a problem during preparation (everything was perfect), and therefore blamed me. without human verification of email exchanges. So, carefully check the packages upon delivery. That being said, I will be placing another order (the black pudding is truly excellent), and you can imagine how much time I'll spend checking the delivery.

  Since discovering Anne Rozes products, I've been a loyal customer and have recommended them to friends. The preserves and porcini mushrooms are particularly delicious, but everything else is great! Furthermore, orders are processed quickly, and if there's an error or problem (which is extremely rare), it's fixed immediately. Thank you for everything!
