IN THE HEART OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY, AMIDST THE HILLS...

...there is a small family cannery created by Anne & Philippe Rozès in 1970.

Here, we have a culture of good, local, and gourmet products.
And what better way to enjoy them for as long as possible than by canning them!

This is the challenge that our team of 13 people takes on every day: we make gourmet, tasty and generous products, all without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Our jams are made using simple and tasty recipes: controlled cooking, lots of fruit and cane sugar.

The secret to our black cherry jam: whole fruit!

Traditionally, it is served here with sheep's cheese or used in the making of our famous Basque cake.
But our peach, apricot, strawberry, orange, plum or fig jams will delight you just as much!

It's up to you: breakfast, afternoon snack, by the spoonful, you're going to love it!

For your health, avoid eating too fatty, too sweet, too salty
