As artisans and traders for many years in Ascain and lovers of good things, we would like to share with you our most delicious discoveries by offering you the best products from local artisans ! Find in our shop a selection of quality products, respecting Basque tradition !
Deeply committed to local life, we also offer a local service, selling bread, pastries, and daily newspapers. A welcoming indoor space and a few outdoor tables allow you to take a coffee break or grab a quick bite to eat.
In order to convey to you the true taste of our land, we pay great attention to the quality of the raw materials and to respecting traditional recipes. Our pastries (Basque cakes, shortbread, macaroons... and especially our specialty "La Boina", as well as the orange and lemon cake) are made with Herriko flour (wheat grown in the Basque Country), milk from the Larrea farm (Urrugne) and eggs from Arradoy (Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port).
Shop opening hours:- 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. non-stop from Monday to Friday;
- 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
