    We both had the mid-price menus which allowed for good variation. Local basque traditions woven into each dish, which were all nicely presented in a gourmet restaurant style.

    Warm and efficient welcome. Very nice room perfectly equipped and clean in peace. Efficient staff (thank you Audrey and Francis). Se day recommended. Very efficient value for money thank you very much
