Travelled with a 7.48mtr x 2.2mtr caravan +found the entrance barrier was very tight + then having to turn to stop to book in , I hit the barrier support luckily this was flimsy . It was taken away by a person who showed me the last person bill for hitting this problem ,then charged me €150 for 5mins to remove the stand ( me being a maintenance person 4 bolts+washers + a hammer to flatten the plate + replace ) what a rip off+ he was laughing all time talk to me -he then said if I had ACSI he would reduce cost to €104 . When I booked in he said as I had pre booked they do not accept ACSI ,but a 2nd person who just turned up was given ACSI price . The roads within the site are very narrow with tight turns . The pitches are uneven + quite tight for caravans + campervan alike. I found the staff sharp to being rude/ not unduly helpful Good points are the pool+shower block I will never return

Excellent camping!!! Bien situé et calme. Mobil home de qualité. Extérieur magnifique, ombragé, parterres d'arbustes fleuris entretenus...piscine chauffée, un régal. Et une équipe très sympathique. Qualité, prix c'est donc extra ! Il devrait être remboursé pas la sécurité sociale tellement on s'y sent bien ! 😄

Friendly staff, excellent pool as it is heated and allows children to swim longer, clean toilets and showers, spacious pitch but the only drawback is that we were under a mulberry tree, and mulberries stain a lot… ideal campsite for families, quiet.

I was on the campsite with my camping car. I enjoyed the beach and the recreation on the campsite. I was very satisfied with the facilities I used. I didn't miss anything.

Booked a cabin for a week in early May at a cost of Euros 652. Overall the site is nice, well located with a good bus service into Biarritz centre. The bar/restaurant staff are absolutely lovely...
