  Superb hotel from reception to rooms! The bed linen was lovely, and a special mention for the waiter in the restaurant. Can't wait to return!

  We booked a night at this hotel for €250, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival on Saturday afternoon, April 25th, we were greeted by a man whose behavior was simply unacceptable. He was haughty, mocking, and clearly didn't care about us. His attitude reflected a serious lack of professionalism. Regarding the parking, it was listed as available on Booking.com, without any further details. Once we arrived, no concrete solution was offered. We were vaguely directed elsewhere, without any clear explanation. As a result, we spent over an hour driving around trying to find a parking spot. When we called back for help, the situation worsened: this same person was contemptuous and even laughed on the phone. This complete lack of respect is unacceptable, especially for an establishment at this price. Fortunately, we were subsequently contacted by Elena, who was professional and kind, and attempted to rectify the situation by offering us breakfast, which was actually very good. This was the only positive aspect of our stay. But this is not enough to compensate for such an unpleasant welcome. A serious reassessment is necessary.

  Fantastic hotel with a wonderful, attentive team! Special mention to Alex. The club area was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. We slept very well and had excellent dinner at the club.
