    •  Gabriel and Anaïs relaunch their family's 1903 chocolate factory, in a restored 1313 watermill in La Bastide-Clairence (a village listed as one of France's most beautiful villages).


       The site is organized around three areas: 

      •  the Chocolate Factory, with traditional production "from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar". 
      •  the Museum, where the ancestral chocolate factory will be recreated, with machines in motion. 
      • the Mill, with an area dedicated to its history and operation. 


      It's the place to be for lovers of mechanics, history, heritage and, of course, chocolate. Discover, share and indulge in this unusual place.


       Opening date: December 17, 2023.

    We were delighted to discover this place where we feel the joy of this couple for this beautiful chocolate factory project which reconnects with family history! They are passionate and exciting. A beautiful place, with an elegant and clear scenography, a beautiful display of old machines. And of course delicious chocolate. Truly, a success!

    We had a pleasant time in this beautiful place which awakens our taste buds thanks to this beautiful family story on the history of their chocolate factory. A very warm place and welcome. A huge thank you and lots of encouragement for the future.
