    •  Gabriel and Anaïs relaunch their family's 1903 chocolate factory, in a restored 1313 watermill in La Bastide-Clairence (a village listed as one of France's most beautiful villages).


       The site is organized around three areas: 

      •  the Chocolate Factory, with traditional production "from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar". 
      •  the Museum, where the ancestral chocolate factory will be recreated, with machines in motion. 
      • the Mill, with an area dedicated to its history and operation. 


      It's the place to be for lovers of mechanics, history, heritage and, of course, chocolate. Discover, share and indulge in this unusual place.


       Opening date: December 17, 2023.

    We had a pleasant time in this beautiful place which awakens our taste buds thanks to this beautiful family story on the history of their chocolate factory. A very warm place and welcome. A huge thank you and lots of encouragement for the future.

    Great visit to this mill transformed into a chocolate factory! 🍫 A truly incredible family story and delicious chocolate! I recommend this place and above all good luck in your adventure!

    A chocolate of exceptional quality that has nothing to envy of professional couverture chocolates. To date, three chocolates for tasting: - 55% milk with notes of milk jam with the right balance of sugar, - A 65% black with very fruity notes and a rich mouthfeel texture as soft as a ganache, - A 75% black with more power without getting carried away by bitterness. A very well-controlled balance, indicator of very good fermentation and roasting of the cocoa. Undeniably artisans who respect all the delicate art of chocolate making. Very nice continuation of this beautiful and courageous family project.
