    • Gabriel and Anaïs relaunched the family chocolate factory from 1903, in a water mill from 1313 that they restored, in La Bastide-Clairence (a village classified among the most beautiful villages in France).


      The place is structured around three spaces:

      • the Chocolate Factory with traditional manufacturing "from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar".
      • the Museum in which the ancestral Chocolate Factory is reconstructed with the machines in motion.
      • the Mill with a space dedicated to its history and operation.


      This is the meeting place for lovers of mechanics , history , heritage and of course chocolate. Discovery, sharing and gourmet delights are in the spotlight in this unusual place.

    A superb morning in the heart of Ecuador. A warm and friendly welcome. The museum is well-stocked with antique machinery, and the explanations are clear and comprehensive. A superb television report. A beautiful family story about a unique project that unites a family. Delicious chocolate in a magical setting. Special mention for the lovely cat 😻
