La Fabrique de Chocolat Basque family-run, artisanal chocolate factory since 1903

Gabriel and Anaïs are reviving the family chocolate factory from 1903, in a 1313 watermill that they are restoring, in La Bastide-Clairence (a village classified among the most beautiful villages in France).

The venue is structured around three spaces:

• The chocolate factory with a traditional manufacturing process "from cocoa bean to chocolate bar".
• the Museum in which the ancestral Chocolate Factory is recreated with the machines in motion.
• the Mill with a space dedicated to its history and operation.

This is the place to be for lovers of mechanics, history, heritage and of course chocolate. Discovery, sharing and indulgence are the order of the day in this unique setting.
