- It's 2018, and the Ximunaxiette adventure begins. With it, he combines two essential elements: a passion for cooking and baking, as well as the pleasure of pleasing those around him.
  All the recipes are created in his culinary workshop in Biarritz, in the Basque Country, with the aim of making them modern, delicious and balanced. Some preparations even become staples of the house, such as the tiger amuse-bouche.
  Ximunaxiette is also a catering department, dedicated to designing tailor-made menus and buffets for all your events in the Basque Country, in the Landes and the surrounding area : weddings, birthdays, seminars, brunches, etc.
  Each week, he offers new takeaway recipes to try, so you can enjoy them all year round. These dishes reflect the seasons, the balance of flavors, and the products offered by the local producers he sources from.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were absolutely delighted with Ximun, our caterer! From our very first conversations, he was incredibly available, always attentive to our wishes and needs. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine approach immediately put us at ease. For our welcome dinner on Friday evening, as well as for the Sunday brunch, Ximun delighted our taste buds and those of all our guests. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the portions generous, and everything was prepared with incredible attention to both quality and presentation. We loved his impeccable professionalism as much as his personal, warm, and approachable side, which makes all the difference. We recommend Ximun a thousand times over: a talented, passionate, and genuinely kind caterer who brings as much flavor to the plate as conviviality to the event. Ximun, we've told you a thousand times, but how can we thank you enough for your support at our wedding? Everything was PERFECT! The cocktail hour was incredible and original! The dinner was delicious and perfectly cooked! The dessert was exactly as we imagined it, so beautiful and so delicious! The late-night bar was fantastic! The brunch was a feast for the eyes and the palate, with a special mention for the cookies! And you… you are so kind and thoughtful! Thank you for being so attentive and professional. We felt it from the very first tasting, and you were so responsive to our requests. All our guests raved about both the quality of the food and about you!!
