For four generations, in the heart of the village of Barcus, in a charming manor house, the Chilo restaurant has been a refined establishment. You'll discover a house of character, with its elegant décor and intimate atmosphere. Chilo is renowned for its gastronomy ; Pierre has passed on his passion to his son Arnaud, who has taken his place behind the stove. The menus change with the seasons, with a special emphasis on products from local suppliers, supporting short supply chains. The cuisine is inventive, with a nod to regional specialties.
