    • For four generations, in the heart of the village of Barcus, in a charming manor house, the Chilo restaurant has been an elegant establishment. You'll discover a delightful house, its refined decor, and its intimate atmosphere. Chilo is renowned for its gastronomy ; Pierre has passed on his passion to his son Arnaud, who has taken his place behind the stove. The menus change with the seasons, and we give special prominence to the products of our local suppliers. The cuisine is inventive, with a nod to regional specialties.

      Open from Wednesday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime, and on Tuesday evenings during the summer season.

    Excellent restaurant, modernized with top-notch cuisine. A very pleasant, intimate atmosphere. A wonderful time with the family!

    High-quality cuisine, with harmonious blends of flavors and elegant presentation. In summer, the terrace is very pleasant with mountain views. One minor complaint: the service was a bit slow. Average bill: €60-70

    Christmas meal, nice dishes but nothing more, considering the price; setting unchanged for years, uninteresting, but the view of the Pyrenean foothills is beautiful; cold welcome, deserves a little more friendliness.
