The Auberge d'Ahusquy in the heart of Soule in the Basque Country, is a mountain inn located in Aussurucq, on the Ahuski plateau, near the famous fountain.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenees mountain range. Traditional, high-quality cuisine is served using local produce, such as local milk-fed lamb.
The chef's specialty is eggplant fritters.

The Auberge d'Ahusquy offers 2 menus :
- The €30 menu : vegetable soup + trout meunière + choice of meat or dessert of your choice.
- The €35 menu : vegetable soup + starter with prawn or hake casserole and main course duck steak and dessert of your choice.
You can also find a children's menu for €12 (soup / minced steak and fries or cordon bleu and fries / dessert of your choice).
Typical example of dishes: veal chop txulette style, fries, salad, peppers.NO BANK CARD or restaurant vouchers or ANCV (only check and cash).
