The Auberge d'Ahusquy in the heart of Soule in the Basque Country, is a mountain inn located in Aussurucq, on the Ahuski plateau, near the famous fountain.
From the terrace, a magnificent view of the Pyrenees chain. It serves traditional, quality cuisine based on local products such as local suckling lamb.
The chef's specialty is eggplant fritters.
The Auberge d'Ahusquy welcomes you from Easter to mid-November.

The Auberge d'Ahusquy offers you 2 menus : the first at 26€ (vegetable soup + trout meunière + meat of your choice or dessert of your choice), the second at 33€ (vegetable soup + starter with casserole of prawns or hake and in duck steak and dessert dishes of your choice). You can also find a children's menu at 12€ (soup / minced steak fries or cordon bleu fries / dessert of your choice).
