Auberge d'Ahusquy Enjoy authentic cuisine in the Basque Country

The Auberge d'Ahusquy in the heart of Soule in the Basque Country, is a mountain inn located in Aussurucq, on the Ahuski plateau, near the famous fountain.

From the terrace, there is a magnificent view of the Pyrenees mountain range. They serve traditional, high-quality cuisine made with local produce such as local milk-fed lamb.

The cook's specialty is eggplant fritters.

The Auberge d'Ahusquy welcomes you from Easter to mid-November.

*MENUS*

The Auberge d'Ahusquy offers 2 menus :

• The €32 menu : vegetable soup + trout meunière + choice of meats or choice of dessert.
• The €37 menu : vegetable soup + starter with a casserole of prawns or hake and as main courses duck steak and dessert of your choice.

You can also find a children's menu for €12 (soup / minced steak and fries or cordon bleu and fries / choice of dessert).

Typical example of dishes: veal chop txulette style, fries, salad, peppers.

NO BANK CARDS, restaurant vouchers, or ANCV vouchers accepted (only checks and cash).
