Located on the ground floor of the Hotel Villa KOEGUI Bayonne, Le Carré displays its splendor over a completely open space. Large libraries and a magnificent wine cellar divide each space to make way for universes.

From the entrance, the charm works. The floors, the furniture, the works, the colors, the materials, everything is in its place, everything is thought out and considered and it shows.

At the back of the restaurant room, a terrace, nestled between several buildings in the heart of the city, is the ideal place for a break. Planted with a modular roof, it is the guarantee of a moment of sweetness.

Open from 7am, come and enjoy a sweet and savory breakfast served as a buffet. From 12pm, it's time for lunch with a daily menu and a à la carte menu, made with fresh and seasonal products. In the evening, it's time for pintxos and tapas, as well as dishes, to share or not!

Every Sunday, a large brunch, in the form of a buffet, is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day. On the bar side, there is a wide selection of wines from here and elsewhere as well as cocktails, including Signature Cocktails and a gin bar.
