With solid experience in their beloved region, this close-knit couple now intends to share their know-how in the Basque Country, to our great delight. The restaurant offers cheese specialties such as fondue, but also local inspirations, always tinged with flavors from their "elsewhere". For lunch and dinner, this landmark for hungry gourmets offers a friendly seasonal menu, and some naughty suggestions.
