Freya is the goddess of nature in Norse mythology, she represents renewal and abundance. Thus, their restaurant aims to be an ode to nature and seasonality by offering you uninhibited gourmet cuisine oriented towards plants.
Following their experiences and their travels in France but also abroad, they have profoundly changed their relationship with nature and wish to emphasize ecology. They work exclusively with local producers committed to sustainable agriculture.
