Vaskito Sagardoteka is a restaurant and cider house located in the Igara neighborhood of San Sebastián. It offers the opportunity to experience the txotx tradition year-round, along with authentic Basque cuisine. Run by Iñaki Azkue, it focuses on high-quality local products and grilled dishes.

Two distinct spaces

The establishment has two rooms: a spacious cider house with seating for around 80 diners and an intimate restaurant with about 40 seats. This allows for a combination of the traditional cider pouring experience with a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Cuisine and philosophy

The ingredients are selected daily at the market and fish market, guaranteeing freshness and local sourcing. Fresh fish, grilled meats, and traditional Basque dishes are prepared simply and with respect for the season. Natural cider is served directly from the barrel (kupela) and the wine cellar also offers a selection of wines.
