El Vaskito Sagardoteka is a restaurant and cider house located in the Igara neighborhood of San Sebastián. The place allows you to experience the tradition of txotx throughout the year, combined with Basque gastronomy. Under the direction of Iñaki Azkue, the establishment highlights local products and grilled dishes.
Two complementary spaces
El Vaskito offers two dining rooms: a large cider room that can accommodate around 80 guests and a more intimate restaurant that seats around 40. These two settings allow you to enjoy both the convivial txotx experience and a meal in a more discreet setting.
Cuisine and philosophy
The cuisine is based on ingredients selected daily at the market and auction. Fresh fish, grilled meats and traditional Basque recipes are prepared with respect for seasonality and simplicity. Natural cider is served directly from the barrel, as is customary, and the cellar also offers a selection of wines.

Within a 30 km radius, hiking enthusiasts explore the trails of Mount Jaizkibel or Mount Ulia, facing the Atlantic Ocean.
