Located in the village of Sare, near the church, Ephéméride, vegan restaurant and tearoom, welcomes you all year round with 100% plant-based cuisine.

Our 100% vegan, home-cooked cuisine respects the rhythms of nature and favors short supply chains. They cook with natural/organic seasonal produce and work with local market gardeners.

For lunch, they offer two starters, two main courses and two desserts, which vary each week according to inspiration. Gluten-free options are always available. You can also take advantage of their tearoom (cakes, artisanal cold drinks, tea, coffee) after a hike from the summit of the Rhune or around Sare, in a warm, friendly setting, just like at home.

All diets are welcome, and vegan cuisine is suitable for anyone who's curious and knowledgeable. Their sole aim is to share their creative, colorful, diverse and gourmet vegan cuisine with you!
