Bob's Beer Brewpub Craft beers & tasty dishes in Anglet

The adventure began in 2006 with Bob Worboys, an Englishman who came to settle in Hasparren, a small town in the heart of the Basque Country. He wanted to share and showcase his expertise, which had been passed down to him by his grandfather, who had also inherited it from his grandfather. He therefore created "Etxeko Bob's Beer," one of the first craft breweries in the Basque Country.

Over the years, Bob's Beer has become a benchmark in craft beer. Proof of this are the multiple gold medals won at the 2024 World Beer Awards and the medals won this year at the 2025 Concours Général Agricole, including gold for our IPA.

The adventure doesn't end there. In 2023, Le Brewpub will open its doors in Anglet. The principle is simple: brew our beers on site and serve them to our customers.

You enter a warm and relaxed place, where smiling servers will introduce you to our world.

Just like the world of wine, the world of beer is rich and sometimes surprising. Our passionate and creative brewers prove it to us every day, perpetuating tradition while constantly innovating, in order to offer a choice of classic beers (blonde, white, amber, brown, etc.) and more original beers, all brewed on site, in limited editions (full range of IPAs, Catarina mango/passion, peach melba, etc.) that you will find nowhere else.

Non- beer lovers will not be left out; they can enjoy a good glass of wine, a cocktail, or for the more serious, a soft drink (all our soft drinks are local) or a non-alcoholic cocktail.

For the more curious, a guided tour of the brewing room is possible with Maria.

Let's not forget one of the most important things, food!

A variety of snacks, sharing platters and gourmet dishes to match our beers will be offered.

In short, pushing open the door of our Brewpub is the guarantee of a successful evening, whether with family, friends or family.
