Proud of our identity, in love with our land and its traditions, we have created the first Basque knife in medlar. Adorned with this noble wood, which requires long working years, Mizpira carries the mark of our culture and the inheritance of an ancestral Basque knowledge just like the Makila, the ancestral walking stick of our shepherds. Over the years, bustled by the desire to create and innovate, our common passion of cutlery gave birth to our registered trademarks Mizpira, Bixia and Artzaina. Cutlers for more than 30 years, we also propose you services that was formerly made by the great cutleries : cutlery set reconditioning, repasting, change the blades, the handles, polish the precious woods, horns, mother-of-pearls, silverwares, and create custom-made cutlery sets.
