Adorned with this noble wood which requires many years of work, Mizpira bears the imprint of culture and the heritage of ancestral Basque know-how. Over the years, driven by the desire to create and innovate, their shared passion gave birth to their registered trademarks Mizpira, Bixia and Artzaina. Visit a real cutlery workshop!

A must-see during your stay in the Basque Country: the Basque Cutlers Workshop-Boutique, just a stone's throw from Biarritz! Discover a unique craftsmanship, perpetuated since 1987 by Pascal Exposito and his cutlers. Through the large bay windows, observe the skilled techniques of the artisans and the stages of making a pocket or table knife. Each gesture is precise, and each piece is unique.

Schedules :

Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm and Sunday (only in July/August) from 11am to 6pm.
