Experience an immersion in the world of IBAIALDE ham

Step through the workshop doors and dive behind the scenes into the ham-making process, from pig breeding to curing.

Cross the curing room where more than 800 hams are hung, discover the salting room then the drying room...

The tour ends with a gourmet tasting of the flagship products, to delight your taste buds.

This guided tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, including tasting.

Practical information :

• Rates are €5 per person and €2.50 for ages 8 to 14 inclusive. Children under 8 are admitted free of charge.

The store is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Hours vary for July and August where the shop is open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
