Maison Adam Intense flavors to enjoy in Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Maison Adam chocolates are crafted from premium cacao beans : Criollo, Forastero, and Trinitario, sourced from the finest terroirs. Maison Adam 's ganaches and pralines invite you to experience intense, velvety, crisp, and unexpected flavors. Made in the secrecy of its workshops, the range of 36 chocolates will delight the palates of discerning gourmets. Since 2025, Maison Adam has also been offering chocolate marshmallow bears available in milk chocolate and praline marshmallow or dark chocolate and vanilla marshmallow coatings. The hardest part will be choosing!

You can now indulge in a new sensory experience offered by the boutique at 4 Place Louis XIV. This boutique, renamed Etxea (meaning "house" or "living space" in Basque), invites you on a sensory journey thanks to two of the machines used in the production of chocolate and praline ; the aroma of chocolate and roasted almonds will fill the boutique. From March to October, you can also enjoy a complimentary chocolate tasting every Wednesday, prepared by our artisan chocolatiers. 

Maison Adam works with cocoa beans from the finest producing countries, maintaining impeccable traceability to create exceptional chocolate while respecting the work of the producers and the environment. Their purchasing and production processes are part of a strategy of transparency and product traceability to guarantee the highest quality for their customers.

Trained in collaboration with the Chamber of Trades, its apprentices stay in the company or return to settle there, won over by the culture of Adam, its family spirit and team spirit.

Jean-Pierre TELLERIA-ADAM passed on his know-how to his two sons, Andoni and Miguel, who are now the 13th generation to know the secret of the macaron recipe and to make them in respect of the tradition and Basque know-how for more than 3 centuries.
