The initiative combines Ecuadorian roots with Basque culture, creating a unique educational and cultural approach to cacao and chocolate.

Discover the world of fine chocolate

An introduction to single-origin cacao, where the senses awaken with floral aromas and the silky texture of chocolate. Participants enjoy a guided tasting of 3-4 chocolates, with educational materials and a complimentary mini chocolate bar, learning to identify the characteristics of each origin. Duration: 60 minutes. Participants: 6-10 people.

Journey to the origins

A deeper experience exploring how terroir, fermentation, and roasting influence the flavor of cacao. Participants taste six bean-to-bar chocolates, receive a tasting book and a flavor profile map, and gain an understanding of the history and character of each cacao. Duration: 90 minutes. Participants: 6-10 people.

Practical chocolate workshops

The workshops allow participants to create chocolate pieces using simple and fun techniques, perfect for sharing with friends or family. They can also make cocoa- based products, such as natural cosmetics made with cocoa butter, combining learning and creativity.
