Cidrerie Txopinondo Sagarnotegia Producers' cider house in the Basque Country

In an authentic cider house run by producers, unique in the Basque Country, come and discover Sagarno (apple wine), the oldest drink in the Basque Country, and all the rituals surrounding its tasting: the TXOTX !!!

Understanding the culture of Sagarno means entering the heart of the Basque Country. You can also sample other apple-based drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, produced at the cider house. A highlight for children: apple juice served at the Txotx!

Opening hours for visits and the shop:

• Visits are available Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6:30 pm, all year round and from June to September.
• Entry fee: €6 including VAT per person, for groups of 15 or more by reservation (children free).
• Duration: 1 hour including tasting
• Company presentation, from cider to barrel in the cellar
• Visit to the liqueur cellar and tasting of 3 liqueurs or 3 spirits
