    • In an authentic cider house, unique in the Basque Country, come and discover Sagarno (apple wine), the oldest drink in the Basque Country and the whole ceremony of tasting it: TXOTX !!!

      Understanding the culture of Sagarno means entering the heart of the Basque Country. You can taste other apple-based drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, produced at the cider house. A great experience for children: apple juice served at Txotx!

      Visiting and shop hours:

      • Visits Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
      • Entrance fee: €5 incl. VAT/person, for groups of 15 or more, reservation required.

    A beautiful spot while traveling through the Basque Country, starting from Hendaye, offering a chance to discover local products and showcase regional expertise...and bringing together local farmers (cooperative, etc.)... A very warm welcome, a superb discovery... I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it...
