Domaine Bordatto has 42 local varieties of apples on 4 hectares of orchard in AOC Euskal Sagarnoa-Basque cider, and 2.5 hectares of vines including 1 in AOP Irouléguy.

The entire estate is farmed organically and advocates for peasant agriculture.

The diversity of terroirs, varieties and vintages can be enjoyed with numerous cider and apple wine cuvées, a convivial way of showing that living roots in living soil produce rich and enjoyable fruits to share!
