For the past four years, Pirate has been reinventing canned goods in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. This Basque micro-cannery works with fish sourced directly from the local fish market and coastal fishermen, with whom it maintains a privileged relationship.

Here, everything is handmade : each fish is prepared with care, respecting both the product and the sea. The Pirate spirit is above all a spirit of sustainability : transforming fish without wasting anything, creating contemporary and flavorful recipes while minimizing food waste.

Pirate 's commitment goes beyond taste: the cannery works exclusively with seasonal fish from sustainable fisheries and entrusts the packaging of its products to an ESAT (social enterprise for disabled people), thus contributing to social inclusion.
