The TXOTX, that small piece of wood used to seal barrels in Basque cider houses, has become a symbol for festival-goers. A gastronomy, an ambiance, and, of course, an atmosphere that can be enjoyed on countless occasions: rugby matches, ham fairs, Bayonne festivals, company lunches, conferences, weddings, seminars, birthdays, stag/hen parties, or simply with friends.
