Restaurant and wine bar open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, with a terrace on the banks of the Nive, near the markets in the center of Bayonne.

The TXOTX, that small piece of wood used to seal barrels in Basque cider houses, has become a symbol for festival-goers. A gastronomy, an ambiance, and, of course, an atmosphere that can be enjoyed on countless occasions: rugby matches, ham fairs, Bayonne festivals, company lunches, conferences, weddings, seminars, birthdays, stag/hen parties, or simply with friends.

At the bar or on the terrace, savor tapas and other delicacies accompanied by homemade sangria, a cocktail, or a local wine … Nothing is left to chance. It's not just an aperitif, but also a full dinner featuring traditional dishes.

• Menus from €25 to €55 or according to your budget.
• A €30 menu is offered all year round.
• Open all day with a reduced menu from 2:30pm to 5pm until August 31st.
