Bajadita? It is an Argentinian scrum technique, invented in 1974, perfectly orchestrated and of course carrying the values of rugby, the king sport of the Basque Country.
Specialist in quality meat, this grill bistro offers many varieties of meat breeds all cooked on the outdoor brazier. Equipped with a maturation cellar, you can taste prime ribs and matured entrecôtes. A selection of current fish is also offered according to the chef's market. From the Angus beef shank, to the lamb chop, including the unmissable homemade tartare, or the veal chop, all these great classics are accompanied by grilled seasonal vegetables and homemade fries.
The world wine cellar, served by the glass, will highlight all these flavors for a perfect match in the mouth.
