  I never imagined I would have such an experience. I arrived at the snack bar with my dog, perfectly calm and on a leash, with the sole purpose of ordering a drink and something to eat. I was, however, respecting the posted rules, which state that "dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the water, but are permitted on the promenade provided they are kept on a leash." Despite this, I was subjected to inappropriate remarks about my dog. The worst part was when a staff member stood in front of the menu's QR code, preventing me from scanning it. A childish, contemptuous, and completely inappropriate attitude. Having worked in customer service myself, I know what professionalism is. Enforcing rules does not give the right to treat customers with such condescension. A simple "Hello, dogs are not allowed here" would have sufficed IF that was the rule. Instead, I was made to feel uncomfortable and humiliated in front of the other people present. Result: I left without buying anything. You've lost a customer, but more importantly, you've given a deplorable image of your establishment. Such a cold and disrespectful welcome is unworthy of a place that relies on its customers for their livelihood. I will never return, and I advise anyone who simply expects to be greeted with a modicum of respect to avoid this place. UPDATE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: I am even more astonished by your response than by the welcome I received. You publicly accuse me of letting my dog ​​defecate near your terrace. This is completely false. If you are capable of confusing your customers to this extent, it speaks volumes about the seriousness with which you manage your establishment and the reviews left for you. The most ironic thing is that you completely ignore the core of my review: the contemptuous welcome, the inappropriate remarks, and the attitude of your staff. Instead, you are attempting to deflect attention by discrediting your client with false claims. Your response is far more revealing than my opinion. It demonstrates that instead of acknowledging unacceptable behavior, you prefer to personally attack your clients with unfounded accusations.
