  My 7- and 8-year-old children had a blast on the various slides and the floating park, which are well-secured and whose equipment is reassuring. The "mini" area for toddlers was locked. There are combination lockers to store your belongings for free, which isn't the case everywhere. There's also a snack area, in the shade, and although there's a huge line, the service was fast. The setting and the lake are absolutely magnificent, and you can even walk around it. On the other hand, if you're just going there to swim, avoid it because it's way too crowded. Not a square meter available to lay your towel down, and all in full sun, which is why I'm deducting one star. There are other places just as nice in the Landes, where we have a little more space. The lines for the attractions, however, are very short. Although my children had a good afternoon and all the teams and staff we met were very pleasant and competent, I don't think I'll go back because once again, there were far too many people for me in the swimming area.

  A lake formed after limestone mining. Clear water and an open, uncrowded beach. We'd love to return.
