Since 1999, Christophe Puyodebat , chocolate maker, has forged a know-how over the years and pitfalls. He wants to share his passion for this Grand Cru chocolate with his customers.

He is surrounded by a team that seeks to surpass itself to obtain quality chocolate : dark chocolate or fruit ganaches, crispy pralines, as well as presentations of colorful and original boxes of chocolates to offer .

Tantalise your taste buds , discover and taste the fabulous Craquinettes (melting and crunchy praline chocolate at the same time, coated with Breton lace crepe) , Pure Origins dark chocolates for a gustatory journey around the world to discover the flavors of the terroirs , the essential Rocailles , Beggars, Orangettes and other fruity flavors coated with chocolate, not forgetting the 64% dark chocolate ganache with Espelette pepper. Little gourmets will appreciate the milk chocolate sweets, the original subjects, gianduja pralines.

The Cambo-les-Bains Chocolate Museum retraces the history of chocolate craftsmanship in the Basque Country and in particular in Cambo-les-Bains . You will discover the ancestral know-how of the chocolate maker in the Basque Country , machines for grinding cocoa beans, chocolate stones, tools, chocolate moulds, old chocolate boxes, advertising objects, old crockery (copper and porcelain chocolate pots and “mustache” cups) .
