Kusiak Conserves in Ciboure

The artisanal cannery Kusiak was born in July 2021 in Ciboure not far from the Criée.

Kusiak, the "cousins" in Basque was born from the common passion for cooking of Marianne and Yann cousin, cousin. Canning is a family story, our grandfathers already put tuna and sardines in jars for the greatest delight of the whole family. Small artisanal fish cannery, the smallest in the Basque Country, we are committed to highlighting local and seasonal products. The Ciboure auction is our favorite playground since we find a large choice of fish there, which allows us to make quality products with local flavors and character.
