PIKOKA Organic Hummus & Pickles for a Basque aperitif in Anglet

Catherine created PIKOKA in February 2018, the first range of organic & local vegetable preserves, cooked in the Basque Country and dedicated to aperitifs.

Catherine's cuisine is 100% plant-based, innovative and full of flavor: hummus (chickpea & vegetable spreads) delicious on fresh bread or as a dip for raw vegetables and pickles (sweet and sour vegetables marinated in vinegar and herbs) to nibble on as they are, like gherkins.

Catherine cooks 8 different hummus including her famous piquillo & Espelette pepper hummus, but also Carrot & cumin hummus, butternut & mustard pickle hummus… and a range of 5 Pickles, such as her Fennel, orange & turmeric pickles and her Cauliflower & pink berry pickles.

PIKOKA is available in organic stores, greengrocers, and grocery stores in the Southwest of France only. In the summer, you'll find Catherine at local farmers' markets in the Basque Country.
