OROCBAT is the story of a Basque land...

OROCBAT is a family business established for over 50 years in the heart of the Basque Country, in Soule, one of the seven Basque provinces. Soule is a land of shepherds located at the foot of the mountains. The values of Basque houses have been preserved and are expressed around the conviviality of a meal with simple gastronomy rich in flavors.

OROCBAT, the Basque Pâté specialist!

Our artisanal cannery makes pâtés, terrines and ready meals according to the traditional recipes left to us by our "amatxi" (grandmothers in Basque). We make spicy Basque pâté, Basque pâté with Espelette pepper, duck rillettes with Espelette pepper, veal and pork axoa, Basque chicken... but also fresh charcuterie such as roast pork with candied garlic, Basque black pudding, andouille and andouillette, cooked ham.

All our products are cooked “just like at home”, with patience, for the greatest respect of flavors !

Located at the entrance to Mauléon, you can discover all our products as well as a selection of products from local farms and artisans to help you discover all the culinary richness of our region.

We welcome you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
